Rika had a 25 years career in healthcare facility management. Both in Belgium and the US. Recently she decided to leave the corporations and devote her time to helping people become the best version of themselves. 

Rika is a Certified Proctor Gallagher Consultant. She is helping professionals and corporations reach their goals and improve their results, using the Proctor Gallaghers Institute’s signature program: Thinking into Results.

Rika is the founder of the Institute of Success Mastery, with her intuitive nature she has the gift of discovering that one thing that holds people back from the success they deserve. Her experience with working with professionals allows her to get people results both in their professional and personal lives.

Rika was born and raised in Belgium but moved to NY about 10 years ago where she lives with her two youngest daughters. She has 5 children and 5 grandchildren on both sides of the atlantic. She is the co-author of 2 Amazon bestselling books and is launching a third book in January 2023. 

She loves traveling, cooking and painting.
